• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just how difficult is it to remove and reinstall the springs that holds
the exhaust together? Any special tools needed or recommended?
Thanks in advance>

Remove - no problem.

Install - A bit tricky to get the top spring back on. Take a long piece of speaker wire and use it as a spring puller. Makes it much easier.

Try this..

use something sturdy....I use nylon cord but fishing line etc will work. You just don't want it to snap..:yikes: I have all the spring pullers but this is the emergency side of the road type....

Dang, thanks guys.. I would have never thoughts of using a wire or string.
I am toying with the idea of cleaning out the 2nd muffler/cat just to see/hear
if there is a difference in tone or power.

Thanks again.
