pps: I'm used to an XT250 with a spark arrestor .
From what I've 'heard' on youtube and the like, I think the stock pipe is pretty good as it is .

We have Hindles on both of our Spyders. That is one of the first changes I needed to make.

I thought my stock exhaust was too loud also.....until I discovered that it wasn't connected correctly. The exhaust manifold where it attaches to the engine was loose. Once the dealer fixed that, the stock was unbelievably quiet.

Thanks for the note on that. My exhaust is fine, no issues and it is NOWHERE near as loud as the big two wheel road cruisers out there, that's for sure! I'm just used to a silenced XT250 engine.


All said and done, from what I've seen/heard the last few days on youtube, etc..., the stock exhaust is pretty quiet, I like it very much in comparison!!
