• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

STL Heated Grips Fuse Location ??

FieldTester

New member
I have checked both fuse blocks for and ID and also my owners manual on the 2015 ST Limited for the related fuse on Heated Grips which are not working.

Any info is appreciated on which block (left or right) and ID location.

Thanks

let us know what you find as problem.........

Problem found - good old Murphy !

The wiring harness has multiple female accessory plugs under the console. Depending on the accessory a rocker switch is added to complete the circuit.

In my case, the Heated Grips rocker switch was attached to the FOG Light female plug. Power was at the rocker and also passing to my non-existing fog lights !!

Lots of heads were scratching while looking a lit up rocker switch most of the morning. Anyway all is good now. Thanks
