Still waiting

Friday is the 29 of August and the begining of a long weekend leading into ANOTHER month! That means if I don't have IktomeLuta by Friday :joke:BRP:joke: will have failed in their commitment to deliver by August 31.

Tomorrow I have to haul the generator, 15 gallons of gas, additional food, the cat, etc. to the Alabama farm so we can hole up for the weekend if Gus decides to swing a little east of New Orleans. At least on the farm I have propane to cook on and as long as I can make 120 volts we will have lights, running water, and television.

Friday morning will be spent at the DiVita Dialysis center so that only gives me Friday PM to raid my savings at the NFCU, finish the paperwork, and ride it to the farm.

Somehow I just don't think it will happen

Looks like my only open air ride for the next week will be the New Holland and the Bush Hog.

It is a pity that many of you patient folks have to go through this routine again. It looked like BRP was gaining on things, and the Premier Edition delivery fiasco wouldn't be repeated. Guess that myth is busted. I can only say it will be worth it whenever it comes, and those trips to dialysis will be lots more inviting. Hang in there!

Hi shunkmanitu, It’s a bummer waiting I just put one on order a week ago and am told it will be here “guaranteed” by OCT 31. I Think I’ll blow a gasket if it doesn’t arrive by then. BTW I’m a USN (ret) Corpsman did 22 years and a disabled vet too. Thanks for your service, good luck, and God bless.
