• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Join us for an unofficial scenic guided ride from Crandon, in northern WI, to the 2018 Rendezvous at Rob's Performance in Johnson Creek, WI. The ride leaves from the Best Western in Crandon at 8:30 am sharp on August 16, we will head down scenic highways and byways, take a lunch stop at the Outpost in Sherwood and we will have you to the Comfort Inn and Suites in Johnson Creek in time to check in, get refreshed and make it to the meet and greet at HiWay Harry's.

For those who prefer to stay in Crandon the night before the ride, there is a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western in Crandon WI for Wednesday night, August 15, reference SOAR (Spyder Owners and Riders) to get the discount at the hotel, ph 715-478-4000.

As a bonus, for those who come in on Wednesday, we're offering a short 50 - 60 mile ride, leaving the Best Western at 5:00 pm on Wednesday with a dinner stop at Charlie's Lakeside Resort.

If you haven't registered for the rendezvous yet, go to joinsoar.com to register and call the Comfort Inn and Suites at (920) 699-2800, the entire hotel is blocked for the rendezvous, again, reference SOAR. It's a long weekend filled with great people, fantastic group rides, vendors, seminars / workshops and Spyder games. Did I mention the silent auction where the proceeds go to the Wounded Road Warrior program, last year we raised $13,000 for the Warriors. Some of the items on the auction block include a reclaimed wood chest, a rustic table, 2 cross bows and many, many other items.
