• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

STILL RIDING ??

It's year round riding here but I have ridden out of state recently in freezing weather. So long as there is no ice or snow, temperature will never stop me from riding.

 That's it!! :gaah: I'm going back to bed! :gaah:
Will somebody set the alarm for February 28th?

Rode on Wednesday through the snow coming down.

Taking the Spyder in today for its winter service so it'll be away for a few days, but as soon as I have it back, riding through the rest of the season, and shivering appropriately. :joke:

We are fortunate to be able to ride year round here in New Mexico. Great riding weather here today, supposed to be 67 deg. and sunny.

Our :ani29:'s have officially been in hibernation since 11/20. This year, that is 6 more weeks of riding than I have had since moving here in 2001. Black ice on my side road. Today, we are getting some snow and it is going to be about four inches deep before tapering off.

It has been a fantastic riding season. I put 9,500 + miles on the new 2014 between May 1 and 11/20 as well as 2,500 miles on other :spyder2:'s.

My winter project will be to install KOTT grills on my 2014 and maybe a set for akspyderlady's also. Going to clean and polish so they look showroom new when awakened around March 31.

Only 121 more days. :yes::yes:

Hmmm...
They say that it's gonna hit 41 on Monday... :D
Awwww... the roads will still be covered with that... salt! :gaah:

It hit 75 here today and the lunch at the Mountain Lodge was great we probably rode for 6 hours. (We looked for you on the road Bob, but did not see you)

Yep, ride year 'round here. But even when I lived in St Louis I rode (Yamaha V-Star 1300T and Royal Enfield Military) when it was 40 degrees or above.

Psy no attention to the thermometer. Just remember that nasty salt and muck on the road.

Still ryding in CO

I ride year-round here, but my husband has put the Vstar to bed. He says he's not as hard-core as me :)

Beautiful day to ride in the Houston Tx area

Got out for a 150 mile breakfast ride today. A little windy after breakfast, but how can one complain with the temp around 80 degrees!
What an unusual selection of bikes today...
one Harley
one Wee Strom
one ST
