Its been a crazy two weeks. Illinois issued the stay-at-home order and we had to get creative. Everything is still open, people can come in by appointment, or just buy whatever they want online. Service has been a bit trickier as people just don't want to come out for obvious reasons, but yet still want to ride. In our local area we do the concierge service, meaning we go pick it up, do the work and then drop it back off. Things are warming up so that is a positive for us and hopefully it will contribute to some optimism.
We are seeing the strongest incentives ever. That is no joke. All our manufacturers are doing what they can to help us move units. We sincerely hope for the best for all the Spyder community. There are lots of dealers and accessory manufacturers that are probably out there feeling the pinch. Lets hang tough and get through this and on the other side maybe not take as many things for granted.
