• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wondering if we have a bum unit. Followed everyone's suggestions. Everything is up to date. Units were reset several times. Headsets pair, and work. We have intercom. Headsets pair to the dongle. Plug in Ipod to the dongle, we have music. Now, no intercom. :cus:? Wife and I have given up. :banghead: We will be calling SENA tomorrow afternoon. Really bummed right now. :cus: Tom :trike:

I just installed the SM10. The only problem I was having turned out to be thru the Garmin GPS. Intercom and phone would be garbled. Not sure if that is a problem you are having.

I turned off the bluetooth on the GPS and all is clear. Who is calling will not show on the GPS but I have my iPhone on the dash with JT's dash bar so i don't need that. The GPS voice still comes thru into my headset via SMH10 loud and clear. If I want to use my iPhone for music I can plug in with the cable in the rear compartment, just won't see who is calling. Not a problem as I don't answer anyway. I just decide whether to pull over or not. My other option is adding a iPod to the mix and have best of both worlds.

I hope this is of help.

That is it!

Same thing, don't need the phone! Thanks for your response!

After many years of Sena Bluetooth I concur that their customer service is remarkable. They answer the email you send thru Customer Service quickly. I have never called on the phone but it might be best when the situation is complex.

Good luck.

:agree:We had a broken helmet mount and they replaced it no problem. They are definitely good to deal with!

I have called Sena twice, and boy are they great. The tech that I spoke with solved my problems in about 5 minutes, and then when I mentioned a problem pairing with my Garmin Zumo 660, he said "I have one of those right here and I will walk you through the setup". As I said, really great customer service.

IT WORKS- IT WORKS

Spoke with a tech at SENA. In less than 10 minutes everything was paired. The tech was awesome to talk with. :firstplace: IPOD and intercom work! Tom :trike:
