• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Stabil Ethanol treatment

Ever since I got a bad tank of gas about a year ago, every time I fuel up, I add gas line antifreeze/injector cleaner. Doing that has helped. While I was in an auto parts store, I noticed that Stabil has come out with an ethanol treatment. Has anyone used this in their Spyder, and if so, how did it go? What additives do you use, if any? Thank You!

I use it to combat the evil E 10. Studies found that E 10 can be harmful to small engines, vac. Lines, rubber hoses, and even your gas can that is made from plastic. So I will use it on all my small engines and the Spyder. Price wise it runs around 8.00 and will treat up to ten gallons of gas.

STA-BLU

i always use STA-BLI BLUE....
NEVER had an issue with fuel...
use it in my cars/truck/tractor/mowers and all other lawn tools....

I agree--I had to pay a $800 repair bill on my jet ski that had the rubber seals in the carbs destroyed by ethanol. Now I use Stabil in all my engines!
