ST Electric Hood Release

Due to some recent threads about the missing electric hood release on the 2014 RT's. I was thinking that since the ST and RT models share the same main wiring harness. Maybe buying the RT kit could be made to work. The wiring diagram shows that the switch and actuator should be plug and play plus a jumper needs to added. Now for the physical install. The switch should fit without a problem. What I am not familiar with is the actuator. Will the RT actuator fit on a ST hood release mechanism? Anybody familiar with the hood release on both models please give me an opinion. Thanks

I'm curious about this Tewas I've seen the wiring right there on the front left side just under the front trunk lid. I'll be taking a look the next time I meet up with other writers to see what the RT's look like.
