Hey Jim and Ann,
Any plans to make a trip to Idaho or the NW in the next few months? I need to have you check out the alignment and adjust the steering on my RTS. The local dealer replaced the steering shaft on my Spyder last fall just before my extended warranty ran out. They did not get the steering set correctly. I finally remembered today to check the handlebar. I've been having pain in my left forearm after riding for a few hours, sometimes very few hours. When I checked today I find, as I suspected, the left hand grip is about 1" to 1 1/2" farther forward than is the right hand grip when the Spyder is traveling straight ahead.
It hasn't been an overbearing problem since I did no riding after the fix last fall, and have done only limited riding this year. Because of that I kept forgetting to check it until today.
