I got the first page done this morning. This is a list of states and provinces and territories. You scroll down to the area of interest and press the button (they are big enough to use on a smart phone) and all the cities for that area will be on the next page. Right now it is on my local host until I'm done so you can't view it on the web yet. All comments and suggestions are welcome.

I was having some thoughts on index page and instead of a list of states and provinces perhaps some choices like:

Print the entire list which would open a page with a list sorted by state and province then by city.

The list by state that I showed before.

Add your information which would open a page to add a new entry.

etc.

The buttons to scroll through the list would be more like drill down buttons. Pick a state, pick a city, pick a name. At each step have a print button so you could print for example the everyone in the state or city... yep the possibilities are endless.
