Spyders in the Smokies and the Lamonster BBQ

If I was to take the day drive with BRP on Sept 24th, is there time to get To Lamonts BBQ and where would there be a good place to camp or Motel it?

I talked with Steve Pickle and he's leading a group from Deals Gap to Maggie Valley that day. I'm not sure when you will arrive there but this is the shortest route to my place from Maggie Valley. It's about 1.5 hours

If you planned on staying in the area there are plenty of places right in Greeneville not too far from my place.
