• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyders in the Redwoods - NW Ryders

We're only going to be able to be there on Tuesday, but are going the long way around -

Leaving Portland to Bend to Crater Lake - visit with Vance & Cat. Then 199 to Trinidad to Eureka. Spend Tuesday afternoon and evening with the group, then head up the coast on Wednesday to Lincoln City, then back home.

Anyone who wants to ryde along is welcome - we don't hotrod, nor do we do iron butt runs. We like to end the day somewhere with a pool and/or hot tub, a wee dram, and a decent meal...

We're going to meet with Vaughn and Cat in Grants Pass on 8/1 for dinner, then head to Eureka on the 2nd. Anyone want to join us for dinner and the ride down are welcome.. Vaughn & Cat seem lonely down there, so a meet & greet only seems logical!!

I got the impression that there aren't many rooms left in the SitR host hotel (for those of you on the fence..)

OK - at least 3 of us will ride from Portland to Bend to Grants Pass on the 1st, via Crater Lake (370 miles +/-), then on to Eureka via 199 on the 2nd, with Vaughn and Cat. Rooms were still available last week, if you haven't registered yet.

Hate riding on the Interstate, if we can avoid it…..

We look forward to seeing you there. If you can't get in at the Red Lion, there is a pretty nice Travelodge right across the street from the Red Lion. Check CheapTickets.com for deals on rooms there and at the Red Lion (comparable to the group rate).
