Have rode 1000s of miles in area in Sept.
The October request is iffy in my experienced opinion
Can get cold & damn wet fast end of Sept - middle Oct

But We would risk it to see new friends!

It is doable but not likely that many folks will do both.

It won't be easy for everyone for sure but it was the only date that was open that would work. Joan and I plan to pack up and head out to Red Rock as soon as this is over. It will be tight but we'll make it. :doorag:

Just to let you know we hope to have the hotel nailed down next week. I'm trying to get a hotel that's nice, clean and affordable that will allow vendors to setup in the parking lot. I have the head gal in Springfield working on it now.

Just made my reservations at the Clarion for 9/21 - 9/24 (Sunday Checkout). I'm hoping my wife is coming along. It depends on whether we take the Spyder to the Smokies on our Spring Vacation in April. She's only good for one Spyder trip a year.

I'm in the process of planning for this trip to Springfield. I got the route pretty much done with all the stops figured out. The main one being Rogers/Bentonville, AR and the Crystal Bridges Museum. We will be heading west and south into AR and arriving in Springfield some time Wednesday. I haven't seen any posts with an agenda for this event yet. Any news?
