There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Well 150 of us with about 120 :spyder2:'s are havilng a great time near Sonora,ca. The Sacramento chapter of Spyder Ryders of America hosted this great event and have done a superior job of organizing it.

Rydes were lead by great road capt's and sweepers managed to keep us in line ( most of the time :))

A personal shout out to Joe and Ann of Squared Away for helping out a disabled friend. They are the best!!!
The evenings events were well attended/ well run and we are looking foward to the"formal" dinner tonite.
A little angel told me that the event will be at the same place( Blace Oak Casino, ect) next year.

Can't wait!!!

Good to Hear.....

Glad it is a great success. It is a great location but do hope they don't keep it in the same place too long. I went to the one in Sonora, Eureaka, and Blue Lake and did not go to this one cause been there so headed to Utah....If you get some pictures post them....:2thumbs:

The best......

This is the best rally that I have attended, best rides, best organized, the friendliest, good food and great location.
We zip lined, walked amongst the Sequoia Big, got lazer aligned, and met lots of great people.
Much thanks to the organizers.

Rides

Hey Kaos which rydes did you go on?

Hi Pirate,

We came to the event over Sonora pass ( got rain and a bit of snow) Then did the Ebbetts pass ride. Next we went to Big Trees State park just by ourselves but ran into 4or 5 :spyder2:'S at the park. And ---Yes the Sequoia trees really are the biggest in the world. The park is the longest operating park in Calif.

As far as I know ALL the :spyder2:'S ran perfectly except for one ( which needed the 2 vacume hoses) and Joe and Anne at Squared Away took care of that in short order.

What a GREAT ralley!!!

Great time and new species of deer

Never did see a major deer. We did the Moaning Cavern and zipline ride, it was a very short ride, only about 20 miles away from hotel. A long, high skinny bridge to go across, and then the zipline and back for the ice cream social that evening. We took a picture at the tinman before we did the zipline, a lot of fun. The weather was great, in the low 80s and lots of backroads and tiny old mining towns to explore. Thanks for the great time and all the work that went into this event, for the Sacramento Chapter and the vendors.

Our pleasure!

We had a great time, aligned some Spyders, repaired some, some more than others! Fantastic event, beautiful resort, great weather, and best of all, the fellowship! We are honored that friends bring people to us to help them: tells us we are trusted. We are thrilled when we can take care of problems, and get people riding again. We met some awesome people, and congratulate the SRA chapter that hosted this event. Well done!!

Well I had the pleasure to lead that ryde to Ebbetts Pass and I must say that both days we had some great Ryders! Which Bike were you on! Seriously though we were blessed with beautiful weather, the most beautiful countryside in the world, and like you Kaos, the BEST ryders in the world! It was an honor to lead such great Ryders up to 8730 feet, and back. As I type this we are planning the 2017 Rally, and we have booked the same facility. We hope all of you that attended will be back, and we will save room for a whole lot more. We are also scouting out new venues for 2018!

Well

Gene, we will be at the same location next year! But trust this is not your Rally from 2013. We will all be able to stay at one location, we are already planning new rydes for next year and they will be fabulous.........this year was missing only one thing......we were 1 Jag short!

Back
