I got a nice ride in this morning then the rain moved in. The rain cleared up long enough for a nice dinner they put on for us outside with a live band. It was a great gathering now the rain has returned with a vengeance. The rain is supposed to move out tonight and I'm hoping to get a nice long ride in on Saturday.

Well the weekend was fantastic and only a bit of rain however it ended in a tight spot for me and the misses and I have to thank the Spyder Riders of the Bayou for coming to our rescue. It's late and we just got home without a Spyder... more tomorrow.

Just reporting in. I got home a out 9 pm last night in a rental car. Left my Spyder in Stillwater, OK. I don't know much about that dealer, but they were willing to bring a truck about 30 miles to pick me up, and then it was a much longer drive back, since I was pointed the wrong way on the turnpike.
I've seen on SL about people's Spyders going into limp mode before, and have always been thankful I never had such problems. Now I know how it feels! :sour:
Wow, what happened to you?
