I hope he has a good grip when he twist the throttle, not much weight or wind resistance there, he must fly!. Good for him, he probably feels 10 feet tall when riding, I know I do.

You can see the handbrake if you look close but it also looks like he has footboards mounted just under the seat. And I'd bet that he just climbs on like DocRags said. More power to him. I hope he enjoys every ride he takes.

Look real close to his right foot. It looks like his foot is a foot peg and there looks to be a foot brake lever in front of that?

I also saw that Caveman, looks like he has added the hand brake as well as moving the foot brake to where he can reach it. Great mod!
