• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This will be my first SpyderQuest. The have printed the registration form but would like more details on some of the rides. Could you do a morning ride and still make it back for the afternoon ride? If you do the 1 pm ride on Friday will you get back in time to board for the dinner cruise? I am not staying at GEL I will be up the road at the host campground. So we will have a short ride after the ride then we would have to come back to the boarding.

dave, if you want to go on the 1:00 pm. ride, the answer is yes you will be back for the cruise. stay tuned, but in the next couple of weeks we will be posting an itinerary for all the rides. there will be a short description with mileage and times for all of them. we have spent many days compiling these rides and the options for routes and times. 14 of us will be test running them the first weekend of june and fine tuning the routes. stay tuned for more info!!! :2thumbs:

Mine too, Dave, as well as the first major Spyder event I've attended. Really looking forward to it. I expect there is going to be a huge attendance this year. Hope lots of vendors sign up.

we anticipate more vendors this year, but will not announce them until we get their vendor registration forms in hand. I can tell you, so far we have ultimate seats, netzley tires and laser alignment, providence spyder accessories, progressive motorsports and 8 to 10 more that i'm waiting for their registrations. we will have a list on the spyderquest site shortly, and we will be listing them as they confirm. you should keep looking at the spyderquest site so you can book appointments with the vendors that will be doing installations at the event.

Thanks for that info. As you suggest, I'll keep watching the website for vendor information. I've heard many good things about Ron Netzley's operation, and am looking forward to meeting him. Will BRP also have a store exhibit set up, since they are helping to sponsor the event this year?

The various rides and other participant events are always fun and very much appreciated. But for many attendees, a good variety of vendors is just as important, in making the entire event as good an experience as it can possibly be.

we had tried to get brp to do demo rides at spyderquest. unfortunately the demo rigs come off the road around mid august to be redone for the 2016 season. we have been assured that progressive motorsports will have lots of clothes and riding gear at great prices. they will be your contact for all brp products.
