Because there are numerous people coming up early has anyone considered organizing a ride during the day on Thursday before the opening events? I was thinking of coming up on Wednesday night and would love to get in a days ride on Thursday....

i'm coming in with the rv on Wednesday. will be at lgrv park. will do a Thursday am. ride.(preferably early so I can get back and help with the folks registering and getting their shirts etc,) pm me and we'll make arrangements to meet and set up a breakfast run and vt. excursion! maybe we can hook up with some of the vt guys and gals riding in!:thumbup:

ron, I feel that you can probably use me there too, but if we leave lgrv park at say6:00am, breakfast in ti at 6:30 at the biscuit café, leave and cross the ferry at 7:30, we could be back by 12:30 or 1:00 pm at the latest. if you think it needs to be earlier return we can make that happen by crossing the crown point bridge and then be back by noon.

I received a pm for someone who is registered for the SpyderQuest. His name is mindman. I don't know why I received his message. My question was that I show that I am registered for two (wife and self) but my check has not been cashed yet. Just want to make sure everything is ok. My spyderlovers name is prin . My personal email is [email protected]. Again, thanks I do not know who to send a personal message to or how to do that in regards to SpyderQuest.

- the number of people I am feeding
- The amount of prep work I can get done ahead of time
- and how late I get into town.
I really would like to ride with everybody that I can.

Thanks everyone for keeping on top of this while I was away. :firstplace:

We have a lot to do on Thursday morning, Not sure if riding in the morning will be a good idea for us that are planning this event. Guests that arrive early are free to ride and we will have everything set to go when you return. :thumbup:

After talking with the shirt guy we are able to extend the deadline to 8/14/13
