I e-mailed Harvey Clark Saturday about a problem with a bump skid I purchased from him. He e-mail me right back and said no problem he would send me a new one. It arrived today. You just can't beat that for service. I am going to buy some more things for the :spyder2: and can you guess who I will be buying from?

Great to hear. I've never had any problems but have called a few times with questions (also have the bump skid) and he's always been very responsive. Thumbs up for Spyderpops!

Harvey is great to work with. I purchased a LED bumpskid while at Spyderfest and I had a couple of the LED's to go out the next day and he replaced it, no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Got an bump skid with LEDs last week. I love the look of it and so do my riding buddies but I already have one LED out. I hope this is a one off...nothing worse then a smile with missing teeth. I am sure this will be taken care of by the installer I purchased it from or SpyderPops but I am worried about the longevity of the LEDs. I guess worse case is just disconnect the lights and run a standard bump skid when it gets too bad.

I just want to clarify something Harvey is a great person/company to work with. I even got two of his bumper stickers for advertisement on my pull behind trailer. They're not a doubt in my mind that Harvey will stand behind his product 100%. I'm just hoping that's LED is not an on going problem and just unique to a certain few eventual.

It turned into a habit I seem to wake up about 3:30 4 o'clock and can't get back to sleep so I surf the web for a while and then go back to bed. I need to break that habit.
