Got another guy that might hookup with us on the ride down. That would be cool having :spyder: :spyder: :spyder: :spyder: going down the road to Daytona.

If I left here around 6am I could be in Asheville around 7:30 to 8:00 I think. I sent you my cell number too.

I plan to come down for the Daytona ride from Orange Park or over from Mt. Dora, hopefully with the wife. Looking forward to seeing a number of SpYder Lovers. It is not the destination -- it's the ride!

I just picked mine up a few weeks ago, still getting used to not leaning to turn.But I love this thing. First thing besides a car in seventeen years.I am planning on heading over from Manatee county, Palmetto. Where are you guys staying at and are there more rooms available, I don't want to have to ride all the way back to the other side of the state and it would be nice to stay with people who have the same bike.I have Thursday thru Monday off work...can't wait to meet some of my fellow spyder ryders ! Any information would be appreciated

OK guys, I found out where we're staying (thanks for the return e-mail :bigthumbsup I'll try to hook up early with you and see what kinda rides we can find, can't wait to meet you guys and gals.
We had bad storms that rolled through all afternoon and evening last night and the temp went from the eighties down to the 50's for a high. I certainly hope it warms up a little, that way the riding will be comfortable.

i only live about 70 miles north of daytona. my wife and i plan to do several day trips during bike week.

Getting all fired up about the Daytona event. I'm about one hour south of Daytona, but I go out through the boonies to get there. Looking forward to seeing all you Spyder guys and gals. This old fud is feeling like a kid again just thinking about it.

I trailered my Spyder to Orange Park in my new Web and it liked it so much it refused to start and come out!! It has spastically acted like I was trying to use the wrong key since the second day -- but always change it's mind and started -- but not this time! It is now at the JAX dealer waiting on a brain -- they said they could not order one for me also. IF it gets here Thursday, and works[!?!], I still hope to make it down for Friday.

Lamont, have you heard anything about a spider crashing out over there in Daytona? One of my friends said someone was going to hot into a corner and lost it. I hope it's just B.S. I haven't been able to find anything on the net about it. Any info would be appreciated !
