• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SpyderLovers Banner Run!

Looking like Saturday might be the better day, Roaddog and I will make a decision by Thursday when the forecast is a little more solid. Bringing it to MA might be the following Sunday, 4/05, (does that work for you jeuchler?) leaving Saturday, 4/04, for folks to sign.....

Sunday April 4th is good.

You coming back up from CT to MA, or coming back east from NY?

Found some more pics from the first banner run. :doorag:

Hey don't forget about me! I could be a link between a few places. I could easily pick it up as far as Northern Indiana, to the MN or IA border with WI or even MI.

Keep me posted!:2thumbs:

Where's Mikey?

Hey, Mike3069

Did you have a good ride North to us? I warned you it'd be cold!

(Is the banner safe and sound?!)

Bones, The weather is looking good for Sat. (Partly cloudy, high 40's)

If you are going up Rt 7 north, I can meet you at the Kent Coffee shop, or anywhere on route. Just give me a time.

Who's going?

Bruce, that is great. It will be good to see him again. How is he doing by the way? I hope all is well and that the weather holds up for us.

Deb, shortly after the death of his nephew, Noukone's brother-in-law died suddenly of a heart attack, so this winter has not been kind to him and his family, but he is doing well and looking forward to a good season of Spyder riding. We were out together for a short ride earlier this week after work.
Let's continue to hope and pray for excellent weather for your anniversary trip! We just never know what April will bring in this part of the world, but I am optimistic about our chances.
Best to Brian too,

Bruce

I got to thinking it would be cool if we could get the banner at every Spyder dealer in the country and maybe keep it there till the next run. It would be a great place to meet and maybe meet even more SpyderLovers that don't know about the site. What do you think? :doorag:

Tall order, but sounds pretty cool. We need to keep a way to touch those riders in states without dealers, or in the middle of nowhere, however. I'd make a point of trying to visit all dealers, but leave keeping it there at the option of the dealers themselves, and with the owners with custody of the banner at the moment. Even visiting one or two dealers per state or province would be pretty cool, and still would take a lot of time. This is exciting!
