There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. SpyderFest-Safe at Home

Mike and I made it home safe and sound, too. Patti Bear and her brother Dave also home.

What a great time to visit with everyone, meet new Spyder friends, and ryde....well, almost ryde if it didn't rain so much. LOL

Love the new location in Springfield -- in an urban area, but not a large metro spot AND sooooo close to rural and country roads --AWESOME!!!

Already looking forward to next year's event!!!

Made it home late yesterday afternoon. A tad bit cold, but it felt good to ride since I did not get much in during the past two weeks.

Thanks for posting G-Man:yes:

Kev and I are home safe and sound. Boomer, border collie, is happy to have mom and dad home!! I can officially say I can pull a trailer behind the truck!!! Backing it up........ well that will be another post all together!!! LOL;)

Will let you know if I master that!!!

Great to see everyone. Have to go to work to rest up!!!
Easist way to back up a trailer is put your hands at the BOTTOM or the steering wheel ( thumbs are pointing) the direction you want the TRAILER to go turn the steering wheel the direction your thumbs are facing.Go Left turn the bottom to the left. (Or as a clock with the time going left---- right goes against the clock) I can back up any trailer EXCEPT the darn Spyder Trailer ------NO STEERING WHEEL!!!!!:roflblack::gaah:

We made it home safely about midnight. Our son became ill Saturday night during the events at Vendor Village and was vomiting most of the way home. I am glad we trailered the Spyders as there is no way he would have been able to ride for the 16+ hours it took to get home. Heavy rains in Alabama and Georgia had 8 vehicles wrecked in the median, 1 pickup truck off the road and hanging in the trees, 4 mile back up just after the closed I-20 interchange near Birmingham, 1 3 car wreck with a car upside down, and 2 other wrecks that I counted. The trip home was anything but uneventful to say the least. I am just glad nobody decided to take aim at the trailer and I was able to keep it between the lines all the way.

I had a great time at SpyderFest, but think I may need to extend the trip next year or at least not go to work before attempting to drive all the way there.

Mcduffa and I made it home. Dry the whole way for once.

The rain limited the riding to 1600 miles (2400 miles last year) but had fun all the same.

Made it home around noon today. Held over in Eureka Springs Sunday night. Headed south to 412 on some pretty twisty roads that gave me the chance to put the Elka's to work. They, along with the Ultimate seat, are keepers! Beautiful weather for the morning ride. Glad to be home!

SZ-Spydie and I pointed her RT and my so-called "little" (ahem!) black Suzuki back toward KC about 2 minutes before Baymont Inn's noon check-out time on Sunday. Great weather riding down on Thursday and great weather going back on Sunday made the "juicy liquid center" a lot easier to shrug off.

Arrived home safe and sound, unpacked the bikes, picked up the mail from our neighbor and the dog from the "pet resort" ...and then all three of us collapsed on the couch.

Thanks to everyone, especially the other KC Spyder Ryders. Glasspyder and her Harley-ridin' hubby (to paraphrase Top Gun) "can be our wingmen any time."

We loved it all.

...But I have to admit, I was imagining myself on a 2013 RS-S the whole way home... [cue ominous soundtrack music]

Bruisersbaby and I got home a short while ago. Had a hard rain last night just west of Knoxville then hit a 4 mile backup. Was lucky enough to get a trucker to let us move over to get off I40 and stop at Sevierville for the night. Left out about 0730 this morning, foggy off and on. Light showers off and on around Raleigh/Durham, 70f. Got home to a newly resurfaced road, thank you NCDOT, rolled in and caught a man in our house. It was our neighbor who came over to feed the felines and pick up our mail. By the way, the rain and overcast we are getting is what was in MO. last week. Just can't get a break. Rest up everyone. BB will be posting picks on GOS I'm sure.

Flamingobabe and hotglue are in the house....

We had an XXXXXXXXXtra Large time hanging out with everyone!!!!!
That's the reason we come to Spyderfesr!!!!!!!
Had a nice sunny ride home....
Thanks Mo Gang and and Pitbull for a GREAT time!!!!!

( in my Lawrence Welk voice).... Uh 1 an uh 2 an uh...................

Spyderfest Safe at Home

We made it home safely today at 1:30 p.m. Nice weather the whole way. Thanks to Mo-Gang, Len and the Pitbull crew and to everyone for making my first spyderfest a truely memorable experience. I met so many nice people and made alot of new friends. I won a huge trophy on Saturday night that I have to ship home and thank you to Spyderpops and Misses Spyderpops for shipping it to me. I even got to meet Bob Denman....it was a pleasure talking to you and Murphybrown you're wonderful! Bless all of you and thanks again for a wonderful experience and new friendships. 1,715 miles, a big smile and a huge trophy that I will cherish forever. :2thumbs: :D :firstplace: :yes: See you all next year.

Well, our first Spyderfest is in the books and our first huge event as members of MoGang. We had an awesome time, even with the rain and cold weather. We met so many new friends and really enjoyed talking to everyone and seeing so many Spyders! The most memorable part for me was the recognition ceremony for our veterans. I felt so proud of all of them and humbled to be able to shake their hands and thank them personally for all they have done. We left Springfield and headed home on Sunday morning. Stopped at Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast where we saw some other Spyder friends and then headed on home. No rain, but really cloudy. All in all a great experience at our first fest, and we are looking forward to many more. Hope everyone had safe travels and hope to see everyone again next year for Spyderfest 2014!

Spyderfest

Made it home safely. Bones, Laughing Monkey & Hubby Bob are all glad to be home. We made it just before the rain storm hit the coast of South Carolina. Thanks for the memories my spyder friends. Spyderfest was AWESOME! Made so many new friends that its hard to name them all BUT I finally did meet Bob D. and I DO have a picture of him. He is a real person after all. :roflblack: And a pleasure to talk to. I always enjoy chatting with Lamont and the gals in the MoGang are a hoot. And so many stories..................

Sounds like you could leave a couple of things at home next time. Just don't leave the "equalizers". :doorag:
