• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The passport run is a game like a poker run. The game piece is a little book
that you take to participating businesses in the area to get a stamp on. Get
all of the stamps, turn the passports in and Saturday night if we draw your name out you could win a custom paint job for your Spyder (or motorcycle) worth up to $2500 retail value.:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

The books are $5 apiece and I think you will get them at Cowtown. Len told me today that he only ordered 500 passports. Sounds like pretty good odds to me. :firstplace:

There are a lot of other great prizes besides the paint job, however, I don't
have a list of them at this time. I think Len said something about some shocks and having quite a few other prizes to give away.:firstplace:

That looks like a really cool place, and I will have to bring my camera along for that ryde. If we were to try to do the passport route all in one shot, do you have an estimate on how long it might take to complete? I have some other obligations at the Vendor Village I will have to sneak away from for a while in order to participate in this.

Thanks dan, should be worth everyones time on the run. You can run it anytime you want and do asmany stops a day as your up to. Elka shocks has donated a free set with shipping and instal to be done Sunday or take them home and install them on your hot rod spyder:ohyea: valued at 750.00 plus sealfloor boards has donated a free set floor boards, and several other vendors have donated to the route, from free float trips to wine gift baskets and so on. There will also be instant prizes you just walk in and win . No worries on the stops all the places are very cool. Going to let one of the passport stops out here Danny but peaceful bid winery is very cool a bit off the beaten path but right on the mermac river a peacful little winery tucked back in the ozark moutains is way cool:2thumbs:

Most of the stops are in Cuba, so you can pick them up here and there. Then make the longer ones in some short runs....... What would you say Danny about 3 to 4 hours if you just made the dash.......?? If you get your passport and keep it with you some of the stops are going to be places your at any way. From what I've seen there's no one way or wrong way to run the rout.

Sounds good Len. I might break it up into 2 separate trips if I can get away with it. :D

:hun::lecturef_smilie::dontknow::dontknow:I can not confirm or deny that rumor. I'm gonna release
another stop soon. Be on the look out.:2thumbs:

:lecturef_smilie: Dan, this is probably the easiest one to find since it is right off the interstate.........I bet the next one you post will be more of a challange.:roflblack:.............I'm looking forward to which one you "leak":2thumbs:

Man, Cuba is my kind of town. I notice in March the Visitor center has a "race to the rocker" event for that month. I wonder if we could get them to repeat the event next month when the hulligans are in town. Think that would satisfy their "need for speed".:spyder:
