Spyderfest Host Hotels...

Each hotel sets their own price...Lamplighter North is $74.99...Best Western Plus is $79.00 now you say Holiday Inn is $88.00...not sure what the Ramada's price is

Is there a flat rate for all hotels?
I see some show a per night rate of around $79 dollars.
Holiday Inn Express says their rate is $88. Not a big difference, but I though when Spyder Fest was booked the hotels all agreed to a set price.
Am I thinking wrong??

My hotel booking is in the hands of RickyLen but I believe he mentioned the Lamplighter on the phone tonight.
So looks like the British contingent will be represented! ( Somebody's got to keep the Aussies in line!! )

Trying to book a room at Lamplighter tonight and they can't access the Spyderfest block of rooms to reserve or even tell me if they're are any available! I have to call back in the am. Crossing my fingers they're are still rooms available!

Hi Mark...I don't think there'll be a problem! This year I think Mike H will be returning
but this time with his better half Catrina.....and she'll look after him OK!!

I was able to book a room this morning! I'm there Wed-Saturday night! I have family in Eureka Springs so I'll stay with them for a few days after that! Very Excited!

Made my reservations today.

I don't visit here much anymore but I stopped in today to check up on Spyderfest info. I saw a couple threads for hotels and made my reservations with the Lamplighter North, so I'll be at the "hotglue & flamingobabe" party hotel (nothing personal Cruzr Joe). And I do need a party.

As we all said in another post, Any hosted Hotel is fine just come to Spyderfest, we will be mingling from hotel to hotel anyway. Be sure to come by and say hello.

sounds like all the hotels are filling up fast.....should be a great Spyderfest with registration beginning January 1st at 12:01am woohoo....who wants to guess how many register in the 1st hour......
