I agree with your comment and I think the excitement of socializing early has begun to show in this thread. It appears that Scooterexpress has volunteered to handle reservations and maybe we can twist his arm to handle a new thread for the Lambert Dinner Get-together.

since i brought this up i've go problems givng them a heads up..just need some kind of count who wants to go. would you all say 6pm for dinner?? looks like tuesday is the day??

looks like 7mi from the hotels on battlefield rd.only 4mi from where i'm at,i'm south from the main group area i'm off 65 and jackson st.

looks like we got 10 so far.
menu looks pretty simple they got some interesting items (hog jowls) yeshhh.lol

I do like both of yours and scooterexpress's idea, but your idea was originally first, Monday sounds great for what you had planned, Tuesday we could go to Lambert's then, wouldn't you agree. Being respectful to both of you, but don't let your thunder be taken away.

So when we arrive at the hotel we will have an empty trailer. Just don't want to cause any confusion or worry. Thanks for all the MO Gang is doing for Spyderfest. We can't wait.

No confusion or worries here. Besides once your spyder is OFF the trailer, the trailer would be empty anyway. Bike or not, you are arriving in Springfield on the 22nd.
