• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You will get a Hoodie in the size you order(most hoodies cost at least that much). a packet full of things:clap:, events, vendors of all kinds, great times, and the opportunity to visit with as many spyder ryders as you want. Share and talk about mods, any anything else you want. Our events are listed on Spyderfest.com or there is another thread about the event.

Hope to see you there

Installation?

Do the vendors at Spyderfest just sell stuff or do some of them - like TricLED, Rivco, Diamond R, etc. - offer installation services for the things you purchase? I would love to have some lighting, highway pegs, etc. installed while I'm there.

Several of them also offer installation (at extra cost) of their products if bought at Spyderfest. They will be doing Laser Alignments, The new Bumpskids with inlaid lights, etc etc etc.

Thank you, Joe. I was showing my wife :dg2:some farkles from some of the vendors online and she asked me how much cash we should to take to Spyderfest. I'm not sure how to answer that and not be in deep trouble, but the fact that she asked is a good sign.

I learn the hard way don't bring the wife. Last year I spent over $600.00 on the wife not the bike. Wife did buy a nice/sexy looking chaps and Joe offer to help my wife put them on.

That was nice of Joe to offer to help install those chaps for your wife. He probably wasn't even going to charge extra for it.

are the hoodies in mens sizes only?

Hey SD Spyder, we are going to be Spyder Ryding around Gavins Point Dam and Lewis & Clark Lake on June 19th. we are staying in Crofton and I wanted to show my woman the sites around the lake, etc. I'm from Bloomfield originally so know the area well. Have been to Yankton more times than I am old??
I remember the Ice House where we could drive up and get beer when I was younger??? (underage and all). Bloomfield is celebrating their 125th anniversary so we will be there on Sat., the 20th for the festivities. Ready for spring and some miles of smiles with my Spyder.

I have a couple of Spyderfest questions: How far away do you have to park from the vendor area, etc.? I have M.S. and can walk OK with a cane, but not very far before the muscles become exhausted. Will there be a parking area for those of us with challenges?

Also, somewhere I saw a more detailed schedule of activities, but I can't find it now. It said that one of the guided rydes was to Eureka Springs, but I can't remember where the other one is going. Can someone help me find that detailed schedule, or at least tell me where the other guided ryde(s) will go?

Thanks!!

Hi Prof....if the set-up is like last year's event then you can park right up close to the
vendor's building.......HTH

Thanks OJ. That will be most helpful. I was concerned about the physical challenge of all the events and almost decided not to go, but then figured that my wife and I will enjoy the trip and I'll participate to whatever extent I can, so we registered a few days ago. If I can minimize some of the parking lot walking, it will make things much better. But however it works out, we'll have fun!

Try to get in the Best western, front of your room parking.
