Just a couple of things wanted to let you know about.
We will be having the raffle again this year to benefit a local children's charity. Last year we were able to donate $2000 from the raffle, 50/50, and passports. So lets make sure we can top that this year!! More info to follow. Last year was our first and we needed the learning curve. So hopefully we will have it all worked out this year. We are asking states, groups, individuals to donate an item to be raffled off. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Please PM me and let me know if you will be bringing something this year.
Also we will be decorating doors at the hotel. See if you can guess who is staying where. Not that Charlene would put Pink Flamingos by her door, Linda would never put anything purple on her door, and me it would never be red.......(Phil Burks will be displaying travel brochures on his door) I will be talking to the hotels to find out what their restrictions are. Last year we used the 3M command strips that easily come down. Will post more when I talk to them in the next month or so.
