• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SpyderFest 2013 Round Trip Miles

4,004 miles, but we left for Spyderfest early, did a lot of riding while there and "took the long way home" to smell more roses.

Chris

2220 out and back on the truck. 220 gallons of gas, 10.5 average mpg, 55 average mph. Pulling a 20ft trailer with two RTs.

We did about 1220 dry and warm truck miles. I know truck miles don't count, but did I mention I was warm and dry?

2936.6! :) I did more miles on the trip than I originally had on the spyder! Woop!

We're lucky, Spyderfest is practically in our backyard. House to hotel was only 170 miles.

Wait; now that I think about it a bit more, is that lucky or unfortunate?

Lucky considering the weather.:sour:
I had a little over 1600 round trip. About a 1000 of it cold and wet.

Ol San Antonio to Springfield and back

Round trip for two :spyder2::spyder2: not including event miles was 1746 total and 873 each. Three days up and 2 days back. Scenic route up and interstate back. Really nice ride through Arkansas and Missouri. Baja Ron’s sway bars sure made the ride home a bunch easier!!
