There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Why can't the spyderfest be held a bit later in the year? April in many parts of the us are still in winter mode. Temps are in many places still in the 50s'. End of May or mid June i feel would be a great time. I am traveling from California and checking weather history on my give path via Sacto via 99 to Needles the highest temp i will hit will be in needles at 71 degrees. The rest of the trip will be in the range of mid 50 to low 60s'. And not only that most kids will be out of school in June. It would make it easier on those who have school age children. Hey Grandmother you mind watching the kids for a couple of weeks!!! lol :bowdown:

I am leaving my Brothers house in Cedar Park TX on Monday morning and traveling staying over night at the Best Western at 8219 Interstate 30 Little Rock AR. And then going to visit the Presidential library for just 2 hours when it opens up Tuesday morning at 9 am before heading to Cuba MO. Which is just 313 miles on Tuesday. Will also arrive in Cuba around 6 pm. Let me know if you wanna ride together.
