• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder will have competition next year.

Regardless of which ya take out, you're gonna be sayin' you wish you had taken the other....:yikes::clap:

To each their own, but I don't think there is ANY car that is as much fun to ride as a Spyder. It's just different to be on something, than to be in it.

Agree. Sold my old BMW Z4 in favor of riding the Spyder. The Z was a fun car but the Spyder is a much funner experience.....

Let's see...
Drive around in a Chevrolet...

or...
Ryde a Spyder?

:D This is an easy choice to make!

I'm with you Bob. Chevrolet all the way!!! (See what I did there)

After getting my car I never ride the Spyder anymore. Too damn many distracted drivers. Everyone is on their cell phones, rear end accidents have increased. I live in a very populated area (way to many cars on the road) that's also home to a ton of whitetails. I just don't feel safe putting myself out there anymore.

The choice depends on several things.

1. is it raining?
2. do you have fancy dinner clothes on?
3. is it hot enough for a/c?
4. are you carrying golf clubs?

I love both of them....and being retired I have plenty of time for both now that I received a new kidney.....Corvette was my celbebratory gift to myself!

I agree. The closes would be the Arial Atom.

No kidding about the White tails. When we were driving home from Valcourt through Michigan we saw a dead deer along the side of the road about every mile. We saw a live one perched on the side of the road looking to make a break for it. Boy was I glad we got passed him. An you folks just leave em there on the road to rot and fade away with time. We saw everything from fresh kill to nothing but a a schmeeer and some fur and bones on the road!:yikes:
