• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was riding yesterday on US highway 74 headed east between Kings Mountain and Gastonia and spied a Spyder headed west with a group of three other bikes..not Spyders.

Also a RT headed south on the beltway of 485 between Johns Street in Matthews and Providence Road.

HEY TE, how bout a meet up at Morrow Mountain State Park some time. Makes a good Sunday after church ride.

We had a group of 3 spyders and 2 suzuki M109's on hwy 74 as we left maggie Valley on yesterday morning. We were heading back to the Raleigh area. Had a wonderful time.

Belmont

I live in Belmont...right next to Gastonia. Let me know if you ever what to take a ride somewhere!

Morrow Mountain

Deer Slayer...sure...I've made that ride in the past couple of months. Sounds like a plan. I'm also thinking of making a run to Stone Mountain park when the weather cools a bit. I was told by a rider from the Winston-Salem area that it's really beautiful there.

We do lots of Gap riding around The Meadows of Dan, Va. Gap rides are the original roads leading go The Blue Ridge Parkway. This may be the reason my rear tyre is in the wear bars at 4700 miles.

I'd be up for such a ride. There are others of who meet at Punchy's Diner in Concord for Sunday breakfast and then a ride. I assume there are more Tar Heel Spyder riders who might be interested but I understand they do most of their communicating on Facebook and I don't do that site.
