• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

spyder service survey

Just received a survey postcard from BRP regarding my latest service experience and a chance to win $5,000.

This is the first time I have been contacted by BRP regarding dealer service since purchasing the spyder in 1/09.

Has this been going on for awhile or did it just start? I have had other warranty work and never received a postcard to take a survey. I know there have been other surveys regarding how happy you are with your spyder purchase.

I did go to the website provided and completed the survey.

I have received three of these over the past year. The first one I had to do over the phone because of problems with the web site. I was able to do the other two online.

My dealer says these surveys are very important. The better the ratings, the higher status the dealer has with BRP.

If that important, I am afraid that their delearship's would be reduced by a great number. Service I mean.
They are great at selling, but the service is like the tail light waranty.. Once bought, out of site, good bye.
Please do not misunderstand me.. Their are some excellant dealers, and their are some exceptional bad ones.

I bought BR1 three weeks ago and got a card in the mail last week to take a "$5,000 survey" on my "sales experience" with the dealer. They were good so I gave them a "10". I take my scoot in this Thursday for the 600 and will see how the maintenance goes. I have an appointment and they said in and out in 2.5 hours if no big problems.
