Spyder RT Patch

I would be up for buying a patch or two. Since I have the blue Rt , I want mine with the blue outline. If I get a choice. Good work , thanks for the effort.

Well here we go, after a bunch of revisions and edits, we decided this might be the way to go on the full size RT Patch.
Rather than recreate the wheel we decided to go with a variation of our Black Widow RT shirt, as many of you have let us know that you really like the design.

Still in the art stages, let us know your thoughts, it will be similar to the other full size patches we did, will make these in colors as well.

but seriously can you get rid of the grey spyder web, it takes all the focus away from
the bike, make the background solid gray so the picture of the bike stands out , that
way you wont need the red ink outline except around the wording keep it red bordered.

If you post my suggestion side by side with yours and other peoples, you will get better feed back.

I hope you make the patch in a smaller size too,so I can attach it to some of my gear.

I bought two of your shirts and the quality was excellent. Every emblem doesn't need to have a web.

Since you ask, I would prefer no outline and a less bold web as the background.

I have to think Mark is reading all of the posts and playing with each suggestion to see the effect. I think common consensus is playing a part also. Thinning out the web sounds like a good idea and a lighter thinner outline around the Spyder only seems like it would help the RT stand out better also. Very interested in seeing the final product. Looking good Mark!

Would like a small size, I've got one VERY large club patch on the back of my vest. Need smaller to fit. :agree:loose the red, background is ok for me.

OK by me just would like a RED RT and what ever you all decide for all the other stuff. No real problem with the patch as is. Just when and where can I get one. Have an RS patch (small) and love it, so am sure you will come up with another winner. ThreeFeet( and may change THAT to 6 feet now that I have 2:spyder2::spyder2::2thumbs::firstplace::2excited:

I like this idea. WHERE & WHEN CAN WE BUY THEM? WE LEAVE IN CANADA. WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE? WE ARE ANXIOUS TO SEE THE FINAL DESIGN.

The patches are available--I got mine about a month ago. The red outline around the Spyder is gone. They look GREAT!!!!!! and Im getting ready to have it sewn onto a new riding vest.

One more time gang ... You NEVER see anyone on a motorcycle wearing a back patch with a replica picture of His/Her bike on it. What you DO see are back patches that might have a top banner of "Harley Davidson" (et al) and a bottom rocker of "Born to Ride," "These Colors Don't Run," "I'm a Lumberjack" (well, maybe not), or something to that effect.

ALL I WANT ... and I know it would work ... is a simple backpatch:​

TOP BANNER: SPYDER RT or SPYDER RS

CENTER DESIGN: WEB ONLY

BOTTOM ROCKER: ROADSTER



Art Concept: Where's the bike? You're sitting on it! If you're not on the bike, people ask, "What's a Spyder Roadster?" Great bragging/show-off opportunity. Marc did a great job on the banner, rocker and web. However, pictures of my Spyder that don't mix with the rustic appearance of the top banner, web and bottom rocker just look cheesy, IMHO. I'm not saying the replica of the Spyder is bad in itself. I'm just saying the replica doesn't mix with the rest of the design. Less is more!
