There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Did you know there is an Arkansas group on this forum already? Might be a better way to keep track of this thread. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/group.php?groupid=133, particularly since the thread name you gave it doesn't identify the location that "Spyder riders (are) wanted"

Okay. I don't know the geography of Arkansas. But, I'd like to! Understand it's great for motorcycling.

Hey there! My wife and I both ride Spyders and we live in Hot Springs Village, AR. We ride as often as possible (both of us are retired) and we ride regularly with the GWRRA Eagle Wings chapter out of Hot Springs. They usually do an every Wednesday breakfast/lunch ride and an every other Thursday ride. Yes, I know it's a Gold Wing club, but most of the riders ride trikes and most of the trikes are Spyders (even their President rides a Spyder). We are "Associate" GWRRA members and they love riders of any brand or style of bike/trike in this club. Maybe we need to get a Trike Time Arkansas group together. I think we are fairly close to you (we just moved here from Austin, TX in May), so I don't know much about the state, but I think you're close to Hot Springs, is that right? Hi there O.J. Thank you for the nice response and welcome to Arkansas which has some of the nicest roads in the country. We are located in north central Ar about 40 mi below the Missourri border. You folks are way south of us. We are also both retired but our problem is we have 2 mini dachshounds and one has to go every 4-5 hours so we stay close unless we take the 5thwheel then they go along. I belonged to GWRRA since it's inseption in the early 80's in california nice folks most of them. I ride with the ROMEO's and the Arkansas Retreads up here. Just bought the wife her spyder and she's not quite ready for group riding yet we take a little ride every day. Maybe you can come up and visit sometime.
