• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok my :spyder2: repairs are completed. They had to repair the clutch and the waterpump. It took my dealership Lynnwood Motoplex awhile to get all the parts and finally be able to put all back together. But for the shout out to dealership is that everything the fixed was covered under my extended warranty and a factory warranty. They called me today and said all repairs complete and I can pick up the :spyder2:. My factory warranty actually expired in August 2013 while I was at SITR and my clutch started slipping at upper RPM's but not that bad. Until I was headed home and the slipping was getting worse. Anyway they called BRP and they actually covered the clutch. So I have to say thank you to my dealership for requesting BRP to cover the clutch. Now I don't have to pay a dime for all the work that was done. Anyway I bad mouth them the other day because I was upset that they have my spyder ready last saturday. So thank you Lynnwood Motoplex and Chris the service manager for making my day especially on not having to pay for all the work.....:yes:

Congrats on the coverage and getting the bike back, tough to be without it for couple days when your used to riding everyday

Parts..!!

parts seem to be the biggest problem. I see countless posts stating for any visit they have to order parts. It would seem both dealers and brp would work on this...glad they pushed to get your clutch covered and all else was repaired so you can squeeze in some more fair weather rydes...enjoy..!!

Yeah, I will say this for Lynnwood Motoplex, when I brought my Spyder in to have the shifting looked at, they told me that they had ordered a paddle shifter assembly when I called in to make my appointment (couldn't get in for two weeks because one of the Spyder techs was on vacation) so that if that had to be replaced, they'd already have it in stock once my bike came in to be worked on.
