• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Newbie Here

Welcome from the Tx Panhandle.

Don't let a little snow here and there stop you for the entire winter. We are on about the same latitude as you and I ride year round (mostly on two wheels). Just avoid days with frozen moisture on the roads and get some good winter gear.

Another reason I won't be riding our Spyder is that I had to have a Triple-Bypass and I'm not supposed to do anything that might tear anything loose. I'm getting S.B.S. from sitting around so much. :banghead: I'll try to figure out how to post a pic of our new-to-us toy.

We just bought on Nov. 9th, from a used bike dealer, a 2015 Spyder RT-S SE6 Special Series and a 3 yr warranty. It's Red and Black with lotsa bells and whistles. It's lotsa fun and we're surprised at how well it handles speed bumps, can hardly feel them. This thing really is soo dang much fun to ride. Management forced me to buy it. Ok, twist my arm. She's already researched lotsa places to go. It snowed here today, so it might just sit in the garage all winter unless we get an Indian Summer

Welcome!! If it is going to sit don't forget gas stabilizer, I swear by StarTron, and a battery tender.

Altus? Isn't that on the west side, in the middle of nowhere?:dontknow:
We used to joke that Altus was 30 miles from desolation in every direction. But we really did enjoy our 17 years of life in and out of the USAF down there.
We thought of it as being in the middle of anywhere!

Welcome from beeayoutifull Michigan. You will love your Spyder!!!!
Happy ryding, once it's warm enough and roads are clear.

WELCOME!!!
Got mine in November this year after a year of looking and researching the best model for me. Ended up with a 2016 RT-S with 321 miles on it! "New Technically" I ride when I can! Cliped the corner of your State on my way home last month from Dallas, on my way back home to Colorado. Hope to see you on the road!!!

Here's a link to your manual on line: http://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/Index.aspx?lang=E&s1=64a871e9-3e30-43d8-b0a6-b8f0bd878c9a

Under select one in the upper left corner - select roadster, than select year, than 2015 Spyder, and than in the box below select Spyder ST and English - unless you'd like a different language;)
