If she is riding the brake, wouldn't that show up in BUDS ?
The dealer should have been able to at least find the fault code.

Mine did. I sure would like to know what the "problem" actualy is. Limp mode? or what. I wonder if it could be lack of power ?
I met one owner who said that, something about when to shift made all the difference. 5th gear at 35 MPH does not work very well.

I do believe that research is necessary before buying a relatively unique product but you must research the dealer too.
I purchased mine from our local Honda dealership here in Winston Salem but not before hanging around and talking to other patrons with regard to dealer service.
I made a good choice...bought my RS in May and this weekend I'm doing the oil change service at 6000M. Just on a whim I dropped by the dealer late this afternoon and within twenty minutes I had the drive belt checked and adjusted.
On the subject of this thread......Dear owner, if you feel that your dealer has no interest in taking proper care of you, I sure that BRP would assist you in finding a better service venue.
