Back decades ago in the last century, I was into caving big time. Was a team leader on the largest cave rescue team in the U.S. (it's all NCRC now)
The state of GA couldn't figure out how to get more than six letters on a license plate....thus the spelling CAVMAN. (The 'E' is pronounced....it's just not there)
Had that license plate for over 30 years.

I felt mine was appropriate, although honestly it loses some impact in the translation.
There is far more nuance and power when spoken in the original Klingon pronunciation.

My handle is easier for people to pronounce/spell correctly than my surname

The handle is an old nickname when I blew a hole in piston on a Honda CD175 while trying to keep up with a mate on his Suzuki 400 and I still managed to ride it 100 miles home.
