spyder eye led's

I have been searching for information about the led's in the attached pic. I have found something called angel eyes but in the pics it looks like the leds are not shown like they are in the pic infact they look like the leds are mounted side ways instead of faceing forward like the head light.

My question is does anyone have the ones like in the pic that show white dots when off?
