I have a 2020 Spyder RT and was about 3/4 into a ride of about 125 miles. Made a stop to stretch legs. Upon continuing the ride, my display info was shadowed. Looked as if the info was being displayed twice and starting in different places. Towards the end of the ride, I stopped for gas. Afterwards the display was back to normal. Anyone experience this and have any idea as to the cause?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Spyder Display Issue - anyone else? Any ideas why?

You will either be lucky, and this won't happen again, or it will. I had an intermittent display issue in a 2010 (which wouldn't show up for the dealer) but which eventually resulted in it being replaced. When it happens, pull out your phone and do a video of it if you possibly can -- play with a bit so they can really see what happens, and try solutions as well. If it needs to be replaced having a few of those should be proof enough there is a problem, even if you can't get it to replicate for the dealer.
It would also be helpful to check for fault codes (which I can't quite remember how to do on my 2020).

It may have been to much exposure to the sun. How hot was it that day? I have a Garmin that will quit working when the sun is out and it is in the 90's.
