• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone else seen the Spyder commercial on TV? I seen it tonight on the Discovery channel. It's a pretty cool ad showing both the Sport & Touring model.
 
I haven't seen it yet, but usually watch quite a bit of the Discovery channel. Do you remember what program it aired during?
 
It was either Cash Cab or Dirty Jobs. I was sitting there not paying much attention when it just showed a glimpse of the Spyder & I ask my husband if that was a Spyder & it was a couple seconds before it really showed it again. It really was a pretty cool commercial.
 
Cool, I haven't watched Cash Cab in a while but love Dirty Jobs. I may need to set up the DVR for those 2 shows to see if can catch the commercial now.

I haven't checked but they don't have the commercial anywhere linked to their website?...or somewhere else online?

I looked & couldn't find it on the net anywhere. I was just so surprised to see a full length commercial on TV. We watch the Discovery Channel quite a bit..well let me rephrase that..my husband watches the Discovery Channel ALOT :yikes: & last night was the 1st time he had seen it too.

Must have been during Cash Cab, I have both of the Dirty Jobs that aired last evening on DVR and just scanned through and no Spyder commercial.
 
yes i did catch the commercial but i don't remember which program but i know it was not dirty jobs or cash cab as i never watch those two shows on discovery but they could have bought more than one spot.

Glad they're trying to get more out there.. I agree-- the more the merrier!

More of them on the road will only help the rest of us--- more dealers staying busy---more aftermarket stuff coming out--- more rallies.... :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
