Spyder Arrived 2months early.

I ordered mine 05/17/08. Promised delivery by 08/31/08. Got phone call at 10:30am on 06/10/08 that Spyder had been delivered to dealer in Kansas City, Mo. Picked up at 5:00pm 06/10/08. Great deal, great dealer, great delivery.

Seems like delivery on SM5 models in yellow or silver is down to as short a wait as 15-45 days at least in this area (NC)..

I'm dying a slow death because WE had to have red if we were going to add another toy/bike..

If you didn't catch it the WE is very sarcastic.. I could really care less what color it would be because it would be changed in 12-24 months anyway to a different color.. I just wanted the :spyder: to enjoy all summer but no the MRS. wanted red so here I am waiting and wishing....

Ordered mine end of April (Red one), swapped colors end of May (Yellow), had it on June 7

My dealer told me that BRP increased their production run. I think he mentioned it had something to do with the popularity of the red color. Because they produced (producing) more SM5 models, this may result in a longer wait for those of us who ordered SE5 models.

Thank you everyone. I feel for all of you that are still waiting. I almost feel guilty that I have already taken delivery.

I have 275 miles so far and loving every minute...can't get the grin off my face. GF wants one now (red one).

ordered mine 5/23, picked it up yesterday (yellow sm5) less than 3 weeks
and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's great to hear that Spyders are getting out there more quickly now. Once they get the red ones and SE5s coming out in that short of a timeframe, I think everyone will be happy.
