• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It seems a lot of attention is put towards how old (or young) you are so we might as well have a graphic to show us :2thumbs:

How old are you?!?!!

SPYDERFEST

i was right... at SPYDERFEST, i noticed that most riders were in my age group... i'm 66... nice to know that us guys (& gals) stick together....

71 and got my 2011 RS at the end of March this year. Previous ride a 2009 Triumph Speedmaster.

Well I'm currently 64. I purchased my 2012 RTS in March of 2013. My previous ride was a Triumph Rocket. I guess I can be called a member of the over the hill bunch.

2011 CAN AM Spyder RT S SE-5, and I'm 81 years young!

I'm 44, bought my 2012 RT SE5 A&C last June.

I'm 81 years young, and traded in my FJR1300 for the Spyder back in 2011. Been riding for nearly 40 years. Honda CX-500, Honda CB900-C, another Honda CX-500 project bike, Honda GoldWing, Suzuki Burgman, and the Yamaha FJR1300-AE. The Spyder is just as much fun, and a whole lot safer for an "older" guy. I do LOVE IT !!!!!
Take care out there,
CapNCrunch
P. S. Just knocked ya out of the lead, Cruzr Joe. LOL

I am in the 50's age group.

I use to ride: Yamaha, Honda's, Suzuki's, Kawasaki's. 2 years ago I bought a HD, then sold ( HD) bought a 2012 RTS-SE5 :spyder2:. Deanna777

Been riding since I was 20. Over the years I have always had a motorcycle to ride. My current rydes are :spyder2:'s # 4 and #5.

Hi ARTIC,

Those numbers tell me that BRP is wasting their money paying Danica Patrick to be their spokesgirl.

They ought to consider PrairieSpyder (Patti) if their market is as mature as it seems.

And that is a compliment, Patti. ( Runs & hides, if necessary ).

Me, I'm in the 14.9% group.
