Spyder Addicts ryde "Angeles Crest Hwy. Run" on June 7th

Hello ryders
another ryde is upon us on June 7th thru twisted mountain roads on angeles crest hwy. be prepared and be full when you come as lunch will be a bit late. we will have lunch at rancho cucamonga Hooters when we come down the mountain, unless we get a female ryder I know they are trying to change their image as a "family restaurant" but still...

starting time will be at 10 am.
i think we will be able to get to rancho cucamonga by 1 pm
we will ryde together for the most part. i was thinking after the last break before we come down the mountain, ryders shall ryde down on their own pace for the last leg of the ryde. key word being "own pace"
no need to take unnecessary risk trying to keep up. i know i don't have much skills so i will be coming down easy.

i believe they have been working on portion of hwy. 2 for long time and it just reopened last week. i am gonna go for dry run this weekend to make sure its open all the way thru I15.

I am a female :spyder2: rider and have no problem with Hooters (their buffalo shrimp is excellent). My hubby and I might come on the ride but I do not know if I will have my spyder back by then. So we were thinking of meeting everyone at the restaurant. Either place is great. Can you let me know where and what time you think you'll be there.

I Live in Pasadena , Any chance I can meet you guys somewhere where the 2 freeway meets the 134 ? Or maybe some other area on the way ?

we should be able to get to victoria garden by 1pm. alot of place to eat there. i was not able to go on a dry run today due to weather. by the time i got to mountain it started to rain. i will do it next week and also swing by victoria garden to seek out a place.
people have 8 years old kid's birthday party at hooters these days but thats just eeky. i still think hooters are for bigger boys.

you are like 10 minutes away
if for some reason you can not come to meeting place, we can meet you at where hwy. 2 exits off of I210. we are gonna cruise by hollywood to freak out some tourists so please come if you can:thumbup:

i wish viper would come down too for the ryde. that wrap is the one i was thinking about using. i wanna see what it looks like in person.

lunch will be at lucille's smoke house barbeque in rancho cucamonga
it's just across the street from bass pro shop and first shop in that stretch of the shop. if you go into the parking across the street of bass pro shop you will see it. address is 12624 n. main street
