• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, it's still raining here - has been for the last week, but most of the weekend is looking up (at least two days to ride). I would love to see fuel prices close to the National Average - our Regular is $4.27 at COSTCO! They tell us it's because of a fire at a refinery in the Seattle area. Hmm, Boise has $3.75 gas, Denver has $3.70 gas, even Fresno, CA has $4.17 gas - go figure.

Some dufas walked up to me in the rain, while I was having my F150 filled (illegal to fill your cage yourself here), and asked what price would get me out of my own vehicle and on to a bus - I smiled and said $100 a gallon would probably make me ride my Spyder full time, but never get me on a bus…..

I guess that's the Western mentality the powers to be are trying to change… along with using our funds to put electric charging stations along I-5, between Portland & Sacramento - think it's time to dust off the Spyder & head to the hills…….. :ani29:

Wow that sucks on so many levels! We got the same story about your refinery fire causing our gas prices to remain high while the rest of the country saw prices drop. But ours are way lower than yours at about $4.10 for premium. I commend you for not punching the idiot at the gas pump. We were having a discussion about electric cars yesterday and I said I hope you don't ask to plug your car in at my house unless you plan on buying gas for me at yours!

:agree: One's suspicions are raised when the prices for gas at the coast (read all trucked in), and in the middle of the mountains, is cheaper than the metro area.
