I got up 17 degrees this morning...driveway not passable. But the good news is I can't ryde for another 10 days...had some oral surgery and the mean ole' Dr said if you don't want me doing that again you do what I say!!! Geesh what a spoil sport.
But Bob if you are going to be my TRUTH guy I just need to know that this is not FAKE NEWS... Here is a BIG HUG just for you...if it's FAKE NEWS I want the hug back. :yes:

Spring ?

We got about 8 inches of wet snow, all schools closed and many businesses also closed. Got the snowblower going and cleared the driveway. Hopefull in about 4 weeks I can get the Spyder out of hibernation. But we usually get a March snowstorm, so that might delay it even longer.

It was in the low 70s here last Saturday and in the 60s most of the week. Then it snowed yesterday and never got much above 32. Woke up with 20 degrees, but it'll be in the 40s and sunny today.

I ordered a heated jacket liner that should be here early next week. We've not had any big snows this year. It's weird! :dontknow:

We just went from late spring to half-past winter again for three days. Couple more days and back to spring again. We ain't bitchen here since we been ridding more this winter in warm weather than ever before. Fantastic!

What to do in the winter??

:cheers: I am so glad that I can do a really fun activity over the winter. I started skiing in my early 20s and have done so ever since. Living close to a great ski resort helps. My son and grandson came up from Tucson Az. and we skied /boarded for three wonderful days. I still want to ryde the Spyder and tour with my wife ( trip in the planning stages for the early summer).

Spring is coming:cheers:----- We'll all be ryding soon

My opinion is WHEN ??? Been so far almost 6 months of this crap, snow, cold , blizzards, same thing every year but seems to be getting harder and harder waiting for spring to come. Not sure if the SPYDER FEVER is coming on or just getting older and running out of patience. As you get older are you not supposed to have greater patience ??:banghead:

Just as insurance rates, (I heard), were supposed to drop when one gets older...so were the increase of patience...blah blah... its all a darn lie...hahahaha:roflblack:

Actually, my insurance rates have dropped, but the weather still sucks.
