Well its day 5 of spyder ownership and its not a great one . Seems like a minor issue just want to check. I think the pulling away issues with first has a root cause. Got a check engine light today (didn't know how to pull code at the time). Was missing pretty good then stalled. Atleast i was in my parking lot. So i got back home in the garage and pulled the cover where you check the oil as i thought i could hear something. I looked into the darkness towards the motor and little blue sparks very often. the sparks coincide with the idle stumble. So bad wires? Got lots of warranty but thats a bit of a drive. Or maybe a loose connection? Any quick fixes guys we were planing to go away this weekend.

Blue sparks is most likely a plugwire. I would not run it like that as any fuel that may leak or build up in there could cause a fire. I would contact BajaRon and order you some new wires if you find out for sure that's the problem.

Plug wires from Bajaron

Not a quick fix but order a set of new wires from Bajaron. OEM's are prone to failure. Knowledge from experience.

Pulled B wire found a pin hole in the boot was ordering filters will add plug wires too.

I had the same problem with the wires, And that was over 2 years ago.
At that time the only wries available were from the dealer 17 days to get them. :gaah:

Talked to me dealer they were really sorry and were going to get the wires right away just in case i need them. They also gave some advise on temp repair ect. But i went with bajaron super guy to deal with going to expidite the shipping and get me the wires, ird plugs, 4 x filter kits. Super service. So now my 5 day old spyer lies carfully dissasembled in the garage awaing ups in the near future.
