There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well I can tell you this Sunday which is 1/13 I think most were on the road. On my way over to Avon Lake from Punta Gorda saw 4 before I even left town also a red RT at Dunkin Ds. Today I am sure I saw more RT Spyders in one day then I have in a whole normal months time. Some where on RT.17 - 64 - 27 and some were parked. I was on a black RTs with an ugly stick cb antenna on the rear. Had yellow T shirt on.

Glad to hear from another Cape Rider. I was just in Sun Sports last week talking to them about getting a can am club together. We just bought a 2013 rts on new years eve and I love it. The only reason I bought one was it was the only bike my wife would even get near,
Thank God she loves it. We ride it everywhere. This is my first posting and I hope I'm doing it right. Love to ride in with you bike night. I'm unsure how we are suppose to get together.

Hi Chris,
I'd love to get you and your friends down here. Our bike nights alternate between Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The next one is in Cape on Saturday, February 9. They start at 5 and run until 10 or so.
We could all meet in the CVS parking lot on Cape Coral Parkway at 7 and ride in together.
As you can imagine it's almost all Harleys. Taking a parade of Spyders in there would be awesome. Let's stay in touch.

Hey Cape Ryder! We've had our 2011 RT almost two years and totally love it. I hardly ever drive my car anymore.
Cape Bike Night is February 9. I'd love to get a bunch of Spyders to meet in the Cape Coral Parkway CVS parking lot at 7 and ryde in together. Let's stay in touch.

A group of spyders from this area are planning a trip to Okacchobee(sp?) on Feb 9. This is a group ride that we had last year and several from this area went to Lake Placid and this year it is to the Lake O. I think there was near 70 spyders last year. If you are interested email me. Johnnyg has gotten this together and I try to coordinate the riders from SWFL.

Hey flybuddy. I'm thinking the Okeechobee ride will be awesome too.
I'll get details on the Okeechobee ride and let you know. Best case is we do the Okeechobee ride during the day then meet and ride into Cape bike night together.
The CVS is on Cape Coral Parkway about a mile from the bridge on the right. Hopefully we can meet there at 7 and ride through the bike night crowd together. I know a place near the stage where we can all park together.

So it looks like we'll have about 20 Spyders heading for Clewiston during the day on Feb 9 and then about 5 or 6 of us will be meeting at the Cape Coral Parkway CVS to ryde into Cape Bike Night together. Should be a lot of fun. Just post here if you want to meet up with us during the day or night.
